You may return unused, unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase; delivery charges are non-refundable and collection fees may apply. Orders must be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund; cancellations after dispatch incur an £80 delivery charge, and custom-made or bespoke colour sofas cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts. Refunds are processed 3–5 days after returned items pass inspection at our warehouse.
