Our standard delivery time is 5–7 working days.
For colours other than Black, Blue, Grey, Cream, and Mink, please allow an additional 7–10 production days, as these may be made to order.
Assembly
All required fixings are supplied. Basic tools may be required for simple self-assembly.

You may return unused, unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase; delivery charges are non-refundable and collection fees may apply. Orders must be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund; cancellations after dispatch incur an £80 delivery charge, and custom-made or bespoke colour sofas cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts. Refunds are processed 3–5 days after returned items pass inspection at our warehouse.
