After recieving 3 and 2 seater sofa, nice as it looked we decided it was too uncomfortable to sit on and wanted something different from somewhere else. I contacted sofaworld ltd the very next day as the delivery was extremely late the previous evening. I tried to phone the website number, the whatsapp number but finally had a response to the online chat, after informing them of my consumer rights. I told them i wanted to send the items back and wanted a refund as its within the 14 day cooling period. ( online purchases covered by comsumer contracts regulations)
I was told to contact the info email address which i did. That was on the 23/1/26 im still awaiting a response. It looks like i am being ignored now after 3 emails, whatsapp messages, online chat......nothing. This company is quick enough to respond when purchasing their items, but once you have recieved them, they ignore you. Luckily we are folliwing the correct procedure and as the purchase was on finance we can put forward a section 75 claim if they dont refund the amount owed - collection charge. They are aware are the sofa is now fully packed and ready to collect. (Pictures sent in email to them). If they dont respond they are in breach on the consumer rights act and it goes to a small claims court.
Long story short, test before buying but do that somewhere else.
Ps we went to dfs, should have done that in the first place.

The delivery and customer service was absolutely exceptional. With great communication and assistance with my sofa.
Absolutely amazing service really good quality sofa we had them made to measurement perfect measurement after we purchased sofa due to the quality and cheap price and outstanding designs my friends also bought so overall i would definitely recommend sofa world ltd
