Delivery Service

Before Delivery

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the following;

  • There is clear access to the house / building
  • There are no parking restrictions, all of our courier vehicles 3.5tn Luton Vans
  • Measure any doors or hallways where your goods will be transported through. We require the door or the hallway to be a minimum of 75cm wide. If it is less than this, please speak to the team before placing your order.
  • Clear the room or the area you would like the goods to be placed.
  • You will be contacted 24hrs before the delivery date with a 4hr time slot, Please ensure you have access to the number you provided at the time of placing the order. If we cant contact you, then there may be a delay with your delivery.
  • You will receive a 1hr notice before your delivery to ensure there is an adult at the property to accept the delivery.
Order Processing Period

We aim to process all orders on the same day they are received, if the order is placed before 5pm. Any orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following day.

Any orders placed on Saturday’s After 4pm, will be processed on Monday.

A member of the team will contact you to inform you of the next available delivery date. 

Delivery time Scale

As all of our Sofas are Manufactured in the UK, we aim to deliver within 48 – 72hrs from order confirmation date. We Deliver 7 days a week. Once your order is confirmed, a member of the team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you would like to know the delivery date before placing the order, please contact us on 03301334032.

Please note delivery date for “Made to Size Sofas or Custom size sofas” will have a longer delivery date. This should be confirmed with the member of team at the time on enquiry.

Delivery Price / Locations

We have a Flat Rate delivery charge of £80 to any location in the UK.

Delivery to postcodes ABOVE SA30 or SY10 will have a delivery chare of £130.

Currently we are not offering delivery service to the following postcodes;

  • AB
  • DD
  • PH
  • PL
  • EX
  • TQ
  • TR
Missed Deliveries

After your order is confirmed, we will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery date. We will contact you 24hrs before delivery date to provide you with a 4hr time slot and a 1hr notice before we arrive at your property. If for some reason delivery is not made due to nobody answering the phone or opening the door causing the items to be returned to us, a redelivery charge will apply again at the same amount of what was charged on the original order.

If in this instance, you decide to cancel the order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Change Delivery Date

You may change your delivery date by providing us with a 48hr notice. If you change your delivery date with the 48hrs of the scheduled delivery date, then we may charge an additional fee of £50. If you rearrange the delivery on the delivery date and items have been shipped out, the full delivery charge will be charged upon re delivery.
